Friends of the Farm is a brand new way to show your support to Stonebridge City Farm & Gardens and we are looking for some like minded businesses to become part of our Nurture Network
As a local business you might already be aware of the work that we do here at Stonebridge City Farm. You might have even come here for a team volunteer day to help us out. Thank you!
Our visitors numbers are reaching record highs; we welcome around 1,200 school children on visits every year and around 100,00 general visitors. But this also means our costs are sky rocketing.
We also support our volunteer family of 150 people, 65% of whom have an additional need of some kind and a similar percentage who are young people trying to make their way in the world.
Apart from being a local community charity, we are a business, and you will know already how hard it is to survive at the moment, let alone thrive. We want to remain a free-to-all community green space in Nottingham City Centre but we need your help.
The farm costs £1,400 a day to run. Quite simply, we are unable to bring in enough money on our own. We need your help! We are asking for £50 a month to help us survive and remain the place that we are for so many people. There is also the option to donate more if you are able to.
Your business' regular monthly donation will help us plan our projects throughout the year and provide us will vital funds especially during the tougher winter months.
We want to create more permanent relationships with local businesses and companies and work together to ensure the farm is always here for future communities.
In return for a regular donation we will offer you 15 free volunteer places a year, your logo featured on our website showing you as a sponsor organisation and access for your employees to our "Friends Day" events and offers throughout the year.
