“I have a learning disability and sometimes struggle in busy places. The farm feels manageable. I know what I’m doing when I come in, and the staff explain things properly without talking down to me. I look after the animals on my shift, and it’s the first time I’ve felt trusted with something important.”

Mother and daughter, Star & Solar, love to say hello to visitors.

We have a variety of sheep on the farm; why not see how many you can spot whilst visiting?

Our goats are always friendly and love saying hello! Be careful, though; they can stretch further than you think!

We have four pigs here on the farm!
Say hello to sisters Pumpkin & Peanut, our Kune Kune pigs.

Don't forget to check out our aviary on your way out to the paddocks. We have lots of different birds in there; why don't you see how many you can spot?

You can see geese, ducks, and chickens roaming around and often making quite a lot of noise! If we have any chicks or ducklings, you will be able to find them in the barn.

We have two continental giants, Elsa & Luna, who live outside in the Bunny Village.
They can be found hopping around their paddock munching on all the grass and flowers we plant!

Here you can see some of our rabbits and guinea pigs (unless it's a nice day). You can also find any chicks or ducklings in here (if we have them). The barn is also where our animals sleep at night. It opens to visitors at 12pm.
Did you know we offer a boarding service for rabbits and guinea pigs? Click below for more information.

Kevin has a whole pad of his own! His Kingdom is temperature and humidity controlled, so it's the perfect environment for him. He also has his own garden which you can see him in on warmer days.

“My son volunteers here as part of a supported programme. He struggles with change and new places, but the routines at the farm suit him. He comes home tired but calmer and proud of what he’s done. It’s one of the few places he feels he belongs.”

We are very proud of our gardens here at the farm, they're award winning! No matter what time of year there are plenty of plants, flowers and vegetables to have a look at. Take a stroll around the beds and planters and you will spot all sorts of fruits, crops and blooms. We have several polytunnels, sheds and green houses which are jammed packed full of everything we need to keep our gardens bountiful.

Vegetable patches are broken up with beds of wild plants, flowers and shrubs. We like to give the bees plenty of opportunities to find some food. If you have any questions about our gardens or even some tips for your garden at home just ask one of our gardeners, they will be more than happy to help!

Did you know you can buy what we grow? You can find all of our garden produce, together with jars of honey and farm eggs, for sale in our farm shop.
All our produce is organically grown; this means we do not use any artificial pesticides in our gardens. To give seedlings in the polytunnels a fighting chance, we use food plants, such as marigolds, to distract pests and provide forage and shelter for predators.
