Hi everyone, we hope that you are all doing well and you are enjoying the activities and resources that we are providing.
The barn has started re-homing guinea pigs and rabbits and the continued donations of vegetables for the animals are really appreciated. Without everyone jumping on board, we simply would not have been able to achieve what we have thus far – huge thanks!
We’ve delivered hanging baskets and plants for VE day celebrations to a local residential home for the elderly. Also, last week we prepared over 60 free three course lunches to Highwood House Homeless Hostel – all plants and meals kindly delivered by Nottingham City Homes. Although we are in lockdown, once again we thank the many hands that have chipped in to support our small and unique charity.
We’re really enjoying staying in touch with you all remotely and hearing your news, feedback and photos of activities. Please keep them coming and share them with everyone on our Facebook page.
Mental Health Awareness week starts on 18th May 2020. we’re hoping to create a Word Cloud of what kindness means to different people across the farm. It would be great to hear what kindness means to you – one word or more!
